All digital products sold on Flashwave Media are non-refundable.
Since digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital goods.

All sales of digital products are final.

If you experience any issue with downloading or accessing your product, please contact us — we will help resolve technical problems quickly.

Physical Products

If you purchase a physical product, you are eligible for a return within 10 days of receiving the item.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Valid proof of purchase is required
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Digital Product Orders

Because digital products are delivered instantly, orders for digital goods cannot be canceled once the payment is completed.

Physical Product Orders

Physical orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible—but you may still request a return once you receive the item (as per our 10-day return window).
